These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesOn Lite desktop and web applications ("Software"), our website salesonlite.in, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and your use constitutes its acceptance of these Terms.
2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software per paid subscription solely for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software except as expressly permitted by law.
3 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
- Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials and restrict use to authorised personnel only.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including GST regulations and data-protection laws.
4 Fees, Renewal & Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. We may change the fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
5 Intellectual Property
SalesOn Lite and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you other than the limited license above.
6 Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues.
8 Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Software.
9 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
